Senior Interior Designer (Hotel)
职位描述:
工作职责：Job Description
1.参与项目前期策划及概念性设计，从室内设计角度提供专业性意见;
Take part in preliminary planning, concept design; provide professional ideas from interior design perspectives;
2.参与设计任务书的编制，依据公司要求和项目定位，负责对委托设计的各阶段设计成果，组织设计及推进项目按照时间进度及内容有效执行
Take part of the design specification in the establishment; review each stage progress of the assignment； design in terms of the requirements of company and projects;
3.具有丰富的酒店设计经验，能独立主持、组织整套酒店室内设计方案工作；
Have rich experience in hotel interior design, able to lead and manage a team to conduct the whole project;
4.参与项目的图纸、技术的交接工作，及时解决甲方对图纸或技术上提出的相关问题;
Follow up the whole project process included project drawings and any technical issues, connect with the design institution to amend or modify technical problems promptly;
5.协助解决项目施工过程中遇到的技术难题或与设计要求不相符合的问题;
Assist to solve variety technical problems in the process of projects;
6.协助处理好与甲方之间的关系，保持良好的外部合作环境;
Remain good relations with clients to cooperation;
7.及时编制、整理技术文件及项目沟通文件，确保项目档案的及时性和完整性;
Renew and organize documents to ensure the time-efficiency and completeness;
8.公司安排的其他设计工作。
Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by the company.
任职要求Job Requirements
1.室内设计、艺术设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历;
Bachelors or above degree in Interior Design or related majors;
2.具有室内设计行业3年以上工作经验;
Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Interior Design;
3.熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作CAD，3D，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件;
Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;
4.较强的方案设计能力，理解能力强，具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，能承受工作压力;
Strong design concepts, good understanding, excellent communication and people skills, can work under pressure;
5.英文听说流利者优先考虑。
Proficiency in English is preferable.
室内设计总监 （酒店类）
Director of Interior Design(Hotel)
职位描述:
工作职责 Job Description：
1. 负责项目的整体创意设计，审核并调整设计方向；
Responsible for the overall creative design of the project, review and adjust the design direction;
2.具有丰富的酒店设计经验，能独立主持、组织整套酒店室内设计方案工作；
Have rich experience in hotel interior design, able to lead and manage a team to conduct the whole project;
3. 统筹协调各专业，对整个设计的全过程进行把控，包括分工、进度、质量、成本等，确保各项目按预期计划有效实施；
To coordinate each major, control the process of the whole design, including the division of labor, schedule, quality, cost, etc., to ensure that each project is effectively implemented as planned
4. 负责项目设计过程中各环节设计成果与甲方的沟通和协调，及时有效地解决与甲方沟通过程中的各项技术问题，保持与甲方良好的合作关系；
Responsible for project design achievements of each link in the process of design and communicate and coordinate with party A, and to solve the technical problems in the process of communication with party A timely and effectively, keep Good relations of cooperation with party A.
5. 负责部门设计人员的技术培训和技术能力的考核，有针对性进行人才培养，不断提高部门设计人员的专业技术能力及工作效率；
Responsible for the inspection of department design personnel's technical training and technical ability, targeted for talent training, and continuously improve the professional technical ability and the work efficiency of designers from different departments.
6. 全面负责设计领域技术方向的研究和总体规划，及时指导、处理、协调和解决项目过程中的各项技术问题，确保能给予设计团队充分的技术支持和外部技术咨询；
Fully responsible for the research and planning of technical direction in the field of design, and to guide, manage, coordinate and solve the technical problems in the process of project in time, which ensures the sufficient technical support and external technical consultation for the design team.
7. 配合完成公司安排的其他工作。

任职要求：Job Requirements
1. 室内设计、艺术设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Interior Design;
2. 具有室内设计行业15年以上工作经验，并且拥有杰出作品案例；
Minimum of 15 years experience in the field of Interior Design;
3. 熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作CAD，3D，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件；
Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;
4. 把握设计效果能力强，有很强的设计理念及独到艺术见解；

Architects
工作职责Job Description
1.执行上级分配的任务并按时完成;
Execute and accomplish tasks from superiors efficiently;
2.充分了解项目相关状况及设计要求，辅助首席建筑设计师参与深化建筑设计;
Fully understand the relevant working progress and requirements from Chef Architect, take part of deepening drawings;
3.绘制图纸、制作文本等，准确表达首席建筑设计师意图，协助首席建筑设计师将草图发展成合理的方案图纸;
Rendering drawings, making text, present the Chief Architect’s ideas properly, assist Chief Architect to complete the draft to the reasonable design drawings;
4.针对制图的基础规范进行图纸自审、互审,并及时修改;
Based on the basic regulations and norms to review, amend drawings;
5.及时向上级汇报工作情况与提出协助要求;
Report the work status and provide assistant to superior;
6.执行上级分配的其他任务。

高级软装设计师
Senior FF&E Designer
工作职责Job Description
1. 研究，寻找，准备硬装软装材料和样板，为投标制定时间表和规格
Research, Source, and Prepare Hard Finishes & Soft Finishes Materials, Samples, Schedules and Specifications for Tender.
2. 完成软装方案和设计图纸，包括活动家具，灯饰，地毯，软装饰图纸，墙壁和天花板的处理，床上用品，工艺品，饰品等。
Complete FFE scheme & workshop drawings for Soft Finishes such as Loose Furniture, Decorative Lighting, Rugs, Wall & ceiling treatments, Bedding, Artwork, Accessories, Soft furnishings.
3. 整合所有空间的软装图纸，包括规划，标高，断面，细节和草图
Consolidate FFE drawings for all rooms including plan, elevations, sections, details & sketches.
4. 编制和筛选软装图片，概念版和视觉剪辑版。
Compile & Maintain FFE Images, mood boards, visual diary scrap book
5. 制定和落实软装方案的预算和实际支出
Creation & maintenance of FFE Budget estimate vs. actuals
6.和项目负责人一起商讨供应商报价
Work with project coordinator to obtain Supplier quotations
7. 根据软装方案，在现场配合安装摆放等。
Co-ordination of delivery of FFE pieces to site and placement of pieces according to plans/elevations during installation
8. 准备设计汇报以及编制样品材料板
Preparing Design Presentations and compiling Sample and Materials boards
9. 配合设计总监和其他高级室内设计方案师

1. A recognized Interior or Architectural qualification

2. Minimum of 8 years working experience for the position of Senior Designer

4. FF&E and /or AutoCAD 、Adobe Photoshop skills are required

施工图设计师
Construction drawing designer
工作职责Job Description
1、协助配合主案设计师做好深化设计工作，完成全套施工图绘制；
Assist chief designer to deepen the design work, completed a full set of construction drawings
2、充分了解设计并转换成施工图之各项细节图纸，有星级酒店施工图深化能力；
To fully understand the design and converted into construction drawings of the details of the drawings, the Stars Hotel construction drawing ability
3、具备正确理解机电、空调相关专业的能力；
Have a correct understanding of mechatronic, air conditioning related professional knowledge
4、熟悉掌握施工图绘制规范和要求，了解如消防等行业规范；
Familiar with the construction drawings and specifications and requirements, such as fire, understand the industry standard
5、参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉，必要时需跟踪施工现场进行图纸整改，解决施工难点；
Coordinate and participate in the project construction site and representations, when necessary, tracking site drawings rectification, solve the construction difficulties
6、熟悉室内外建筑材料及施工工艺，有驻场项目经验；

工作职责Job Description
1. 熟练掌握建模/VR渲染/PS后期制作，熟练操作3Dmax/Photoshop/CAD软件；

2、快速有效地和设计师进行沟通，更好更快的完成效果图表现；

2、熟练掌握3Dmax、CAD、photoshop、VR等绘图软件以及其他效果图制作软件；
